As well as providing another example of the way that we can use visual materials and methods to ask questions about the nature of digital education, it offers an engaging way of examining how we might conceptualise \u2018cyberculture\u2019 and examine its relationship with teaching, learning and other practices. This is your brief:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Beginning with the chapter by Vincent Miller (2011), undertake the core cyberculture reading. This will give you an appreciation of some of themes and ideas that fall within cyberculture.<\/li><li>Venture into YouTube or Vimeo and search for a short film or film excerpt that you feel has a connection to any of the themes emerging from the readings.<\/li><li>Add the film to your gallery space with a short (single paragraph) explanation setting out its connection with the corresponding reading.<\/li><li>Attend either or both of our screenings in Watch2Gether where we will synchronously view a selection of the films nominated across our group. As we watch each film we will discuss its content and relationship with educational practices. The films we view as a group will be drawn from those nominated across the Miro gallery. As we want to allow time to discuss each film we won&#8217;t view every clip, but instead will consider a range of different pieces.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Book your place at a screening<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we cannot record these events there will be two screenings in Watch2Gether, albeit with a different schedule of films.
