British Sign Language service
contactSCOTLAND-BSL runs a service for British Sign Language users and all of Scotland’s public bodies using video relay. This enables sign language users to contact public bodies and vice versa. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY
We will continue to monitor the websites’s accessibility and will carry out further accessibility testing if significant changes are made to or if a service user raises an issue. Until we are able to resolve an issue or if we are unable to resolve any issue, we will ensure reasonable adjustments are in place to make sure no user is disadvantaged.

PREPARATION OF THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
This website was last tested during August 2021 and last reviewed on 01/09/21. The test was carried out within Moray House School of Education and Sport using a Chrome browser in combination with the WAVE WebAIM web accessibility evaluation tool. The pages of our website tested include indicative examples of all website page types.
